Ka-Bar Knives KB1281 D2 Extreme Fighting/Utility, Knife 7" Part Serrated Clip Point Blade made of D2 Steel Reflective Black Epoxy Powder Coat, a Blood Groove and USA Tang Stamp Eagle Nylon Sheath! The KA-BAR 1281 D2 Extreme is based on the legendary USMC-combat knife. Instead of carbon steel this knife is made of D2 tool steel. This steel is not entirely stainless, but a lot better resistant to rust than carbon steel. The knife is large and feels very pretty strong. The handle has protective parts which keep your fingers from coming close to the cutting edge during heavy use.
